Please note that our facility is located on the 4th floor, with elevator access available up to the 3rd floor. From the 3rd floor to our penthouse, stairs are required. We recommend reviewing our photo tour in advance to familiarize yourself with the stairway access. While stair steepness perception varies among guests, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

After the reservation is confirmed, all guests must provide the following information:
Full name, address, occupation, nationality, phone number A photo of your ID For those not residing in Japan → Passport photo For those residing in Japan → Driver's license, passport, etc.
- Early Check-In Available
- only if there are no other bookings the day before check-in
- 1 hour: ¥3,000 Please contact us by 4:00 PM (Japan time) on the day before check-in if you wish to request an early check-in.
- Luggage Storage Before Check-In Luggage can be stored starting from 2:00 PM. Please inform us of the number of bags and your desired storage time.
- Late Check-Out Available
- until 12:00 PM **Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation**
- 1 hour: ¥3,000. Please contact us by 4:00 PM (Japan time) on the day before check-out if you wish to request a late check-out.
- For check-out after 12:00 PM, please make a new reservation for the following day.
- Late Check-Out Without Prior Notification: If we find out that there was no prior notice for late check-out, a charge of ¥3,000 per hour will apply.
- Please be mindful of the check-out time as our cleaning staff will enter the room.
- Luggage Storage After Check-Out We do not offer luggage storage after check-out.
