This hidden gem offers exceptional convenience, with three stations—Akasaka, Akasaka-Mitsuke, and Aoyama-itchome—all within walking distance, providing outstanding access to Tokyo's most popular areas and key business areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and more.  

The first floor has a spacious living room and a dining kitchen with a full kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals.   An in-unit washer-dryer is also available, making it great for longer trips and pack light. 
We offer a choice of a Western-style bedroom and a Japanese-style tatami room, so you can experience a unique blend of comfort and culture. 


This house provides much more space than a typical hotel, making it a great option for families, groups, and business travelers on extended stays. Enjoy a completely private and stress-free environment where you can truly relax and experience Tokyo as if you live here.

  • Microwave / IH Stove / Kettle / Refrigerator (with freezer) / Washing Machine (with dryer) / 1 separateToilet / 1 Shower (no bathtub) 

  • TV in living room

  • Fixed Wi-Fi 

  • Air conditioners in each room

  •  Glassware and cutlery for 6 people / small and large plates / Frying pan and pots are provided. 

**Basic cooking tools are available, but no condiments are provided.**

After the reservation is confirmed, all guests must provide the following information: 
Full name, address, occupation, nationality, phone number A photo of your ID For those not residing in Japan → Passport photo For those residing in Japan → Driver's license, passport, etc. 



  • Early Check-In Available 

    • only if there are no other bookings the day before check-in 

    • 1 hour: ¥3,000 Please contact us by 4:00 PM (Japan time) on the day before check-in if you wish to request an early check-in. 

    • Luggage Storage Before Check-In Luggage can be stored starting from 2:00 PM. Please inform us of the number of bags and your desired storage time. 




  • Late Check-Out Available 

    • until 12:00 PM **Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation**

    • 1 hour: ¥3,000.  Please contact us by 4:00 PM (Japan time) on the day before check-out if you wish to request a late check-out. 

    • For check-out after 12:00 PM, please make a new reservation for the following day.

    •  Late Check-Out Without Prior Notification:  If we find out that there was no prior notice for late check-out, a charge of ¥3,000 per hour will apply. 

    • Please be mindful of the check-out time as our cleaning staff will enter the room. 

    • Luggage Storage After Check-Out We do not offer luggage storage after check-out.
